Traumaland is a non-place where tropical, rural and artificial landscapes meet in a grotesque combination. An amusement park that is not so amusing, where tension and violence are always about to explode. In this scenario, we follow outcasts and oddballs, as they wander abandoned, striving against inexplicable pain. The photographs act as inseparable pieces of a narrative puzzle, as if they were frames from a non-existing movie. All pictures were captured with the rusty and often unpleasant grain of Cinestill 800T and Lomography 800 through a Pentax K1000.
