These images were photographed at the Supreme Court in Washington D.C. just weeks before the court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which ended the freedom of abortion rights choice for many Americans. The photographs were shot with a Leicaflex SLR camera, which was produced in 1973, to reflect the concept of moving backwards in time regarding reproductive rights. All photographs are gelatin silver prints.
