The world has changed so rapidly that it's sometimes difficult to recognise ourselves and those places once so familiar. And yet, life continues. We continue. Looking at these images of a time long past I wonder: what has become of these people, these children, their way of life? Have they survived? And what of their dreams? Prayers? Innocence? From the nomadic Van Gujjar tribe of Uttarakhand, India, to children living in the jungles of Sao Tome, Africa; from prayers to Shiva on the banks of the Ganges, to women devotees in Libreville, Gabon, this series is a call to hope.
