My photographs serve as a genuine record of my journey. My solitary travels may have instilled a touch of melancholy in them. I captured one such image on the island of Panarea. The architecture there bears the unmistakable mark of Greek influence. An old, compact fisherman's dwelling resembles sugar cubes scattered across the island. The unforgiving sun and the deserted streets can almost be sensed in the image. All my pictures are taken with my loyal companion - My Nikormat and printed on silver gelatine paper
