This series was photographed in TerezĂn, a former concentration camp in the Czech Republic. Once a transit point during WWII, it now stands as a preserved space of memory and silence. I focused on the quiet detail. An empty bunk, the washroom, a worn table. Traces of life within a space shaped by loss. Working with natural light and a restrained visual language, I seek not to explain but to listen. The images carry no spectacle. They mourn what remains unseen: unspoken thoughts, interrupted lives.
