Elite swimmers in training for the Olympics, showed not only balletic grace and beauty but also the strength and power needed by top athletes to succeed. I felt privileged to gain a behind the scenes view of these finely tuned dedicated swimmers as they undertook their squad training. Poolside and underwater viewing galleries at Loughborough University (UK) Olympic pool offered the opportunity to capture different perspectives on this human endeavour.
