Life represents a highly complex interdependence of matter and energy between a multitude of species, both outside and within us. My skin, my body is my biom, my microbes, my viruses, and they all came from stardust. Dailylife devices are also made of organic matter, rocks, minerals, and originally stardust. In many ways, there is a kinship between me and these objects. The interdependence of body, technology and biosphere is pervasive and affects not only our human relationships, but also our relationships with other living beings and the non-human world.
