The war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon began on October 8, 2023, and ended with a ceasefire on November 27, 2024, after 14 months. During this time, Israel carried out around 14,000 attacks on Lebanon, while Hezbollah launched more than 2,000 attacks on Israel. The human toll in Lebanon exceeded 3,800 deaths, with around 1.2 million people displaced. In Israel, 45 civilians and 73 soldiers were killed, and more than 46,500 people were displaced. The financial damage in Lebanon reached $8.5 billion, with around 100,000 homes destroyed.
