“42” is a series of abstract photographic works exploring the intersection of time and imagery. Centered around the number 42, I selected 42-second segments from my favorite films and TV series, capturing them through long exposure to create 42 abstract photographs, each ultimately presented as a 42 x 42 cm physical piece. This technique compresses the 42-second sequences into a single abstract image, blurring the original story and light within, inviting viewers to reconsider the relationship between time, memory, and imagery.
