This is an ongoing project centered on one of Mexico City's most iconic markets. These photographs are a testament to the lives of certain flowers and plants specimens that no longer exists in a specific space and time. They will only live on film, ultimately extending their permanence on a physical paper medium. Although the range and diversity of species is vast ,we're talking thousands, from different states in Mexico, I'm only making a selection, which goes hand in hand with the technical and artistic process, which from start to finish is resolved in a haphazard and experimental manner.
