Welcome to ‘GOOD GRAVY!’, a fine dining experience where photography meets the culinary arts. Through +5 years of meticulous experimentation in the kitchen and in the darkroom, this ongoing project focuses on the manipulation of 35mm photographic film using food products and cooking techniques, resulting in brewed, boiled, fried, baked, cured, and fermented images (including the first-ever sourdough bread film). For the new edition of the AS awards, Carlos has prepared a tasting menu with very tasty and brand-new recipes and images not seen by this jury before. Bon appétit!
