Shot on black-and-white film, Aperitivo is an ongoing series made in Milan’s bars and historic cafés. The work looks at the aperitivo ritual through gesture, posture, glass, light, and the spaces between people. Rather than describing social life directly, the series focuses on repetition, waiting, proximity, and the quiet structure of evening rituals. It approaches these interiors as spaces of performance, atmosphere, and controlled observation.
