Our work Nachtlichter is a collection of night scenes of Berlin in the dark season. Especially in the winter months, the city can be dreary and cold. With this project, we show that you can find light even in the darkest corners. Nachtlichter is less a documentation of Berlin; rather, this series is a pictorial description of this place in our own perception. All images are analog long-exposure photographs. We tried to bring our personal perspectives in line with the inherent impressions of the night, making this experience accessible to others.
