“Timeless Warsaw” is a series of portraits of the city in which I focused on its most famous and recognizable landmarks, but I attempted to de-document the photographs by eliminating elements that would easily place them in a specific time. There had to be no people or cars in the photos. To achieve this, very long exposure times were necessary. Instead of using neutral density filters, I opted for low-speed glass negatives of my own making, used in an 18x24 cm large-format camera.
