In recent years, my local community has undergone rapid industrial and residential development, transforming the surrounding landscape into something unrecognizable. This body of work examines the tension between expansion and the loss of previously undeveloped land through images of warehouses, new housing, and the greenery that remains. By focusing on imposing structures and industrial details, these photographs question the environmental and community impacts of growth and the ways development reshapes place.
