Chefs & Craft is an ongoing analog documentary project dedicated to chefs, bakers, restaurateurs, and craftspeople shaping contemporary culinary culture in Poland. Through 35mm and medium-format photography, interviews, and visual storytelling, the project explores the people, processes, and dedication behind their work. Rather than focusing on finished dishes, it documents craftsmanship, creativity, and human stories. The long-term goal is to create a unique visual archive, exhibition, and book preserving the culture of modern gastronomy.
