In a context saturated with instantaneous and urgent images, the project focus on an intimate time. I chose hotel rooms as safe containers of a private time, not productive and not studied to be shared. I chose a pinhole camera to record not a single moment but an entire stay: the duration of a night in a hotel. The resulting images are slow, imperfect, marked by errors and overlaps, sleepless nights and intimate time put into a trace. Checking out marks the end of physical permanence, but the camera has recorded what the body has already forgotten. silent memory of unseen things.
