"The Eventuality" follows my relationship with memories and my environment through the lens of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); taking the form of an immersive and interactive book. When I was 19 I witnessed the murder of an 18-year-old girl, and five years later, when I saw a man get killed by a car, I became convinced that I too would die violently and unpredictably. Hoping to find stability and heal through self observation, I spent days each week alone with my camera, using it as a tool to engage with the recurring memories and thoughts that were uprooting my sense of safety.
