"Long Days, Short Weeks" is a long-term photo series that captures the process of becoming a mother—its highs and lows, alongside the mundane yet memorable moments of childhood. How can one repeatedly find something new within repetitive daily routines, familiar spaces, and the frequent feeling of confinement? How can we slow down amidst the overwhelming influx of information and expectations of modern parenthood? Diary entries intermingle with staged, re-enacted scenes. The tight selection presented here is an excerpt from the series; the photographs were shot on 35mm film.
